FAQ

The Stacks Resident Portal (currently in beta) is a tool built by our residents, for our residents. It is a place to:

  • Catch up on important Stacks news
  • Download important documents
  • View a community calendar
  • Reserve spaces around the property
  • Create and participate in forums
  • Much, much more in the future!

Something in the portal isn't working

This could be an issue with your web browser. Outdated web browsers are the most common cause of any errors on the resident portal. If you're having an issue, try some of the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Update your browser, if you have not already
  • Clear your cache
  • Quit and re-open your web browser
  • Restart your computer or device
  • Attempt to use a different browser, such as Google Chrome.

Unsure of what browser you're using? Visit www.whatbrowser.org and find out if you need to update.

Still having issues? Visit our feedback form to report a bug.
